The Twist was developed with the aim of offering a wing that’s easy to set up, very pleasant to fly and capable of providing maximum pleasure. Compared to its Jurassic ancestor, today’s Twist² is definitely a better performer!
The trailing edge has been redesigned to be more streamlined. The battens are integrated into the trailing edge. The feather has been truncated in span, pinched and lengthened in chord for better control of twisting and flapping at accelerated speeds.
The profiled trapeze is located on the keel behind the pilot attachment point to optimize final thrust and make the wing statically neutral at flight incidence. The keel pocket is shorter for more direct control, aided by a reduced wingspan.
The structure is now entirely in Zircal, a guarantee of lightness. Resolutely, the Twist 2 is a high-performance wing built for the pleasure of flying!
