The Milan is an excellent compromise in terms of both quality and value for money. This harness is designed for pilots who want comfort without sacrificing performance.
The little brother of the Condor, the Milan is lighter and less bulky. It retains a fiberglass and carbon internal structure and the safety harness validated on the Condor.
The Milan harness is adjusted to the pilot for optimum drag reduction. Side storage compartments are located on the outside of the harness skin for ease of handling on the ground. Internal pockets on the back allow complete storage of wing protectors. A storage volume in the harness boot creates an aerodynamic cone.
The structure of the Milan harness consists of a carbon fiber back plate for rigidity and weight, and a fiberglass core for cushioning and flexibility. The long back plate follows the rider’s morphology, ensuring perfect cohesion with the rider’s shoulders and neck. The back plate features a rail where the load-bearing strap moves, making it easy to change from the “down” to the “up” position. The size and position of this rail ensures that the upright position is maintained during the landing phase.
A manual (cleat) or automatic ” kick-ass ” system adjusts harness incidence to suit different phases of flight, thermals or transitions.
There are plenty of storage pockets for the cover and all the wing’s protections. On the outside, several pockets are accessible in flight, as well as an original hatch to house the radio and control it in flight.
