The purpose of this device is to prevent the pilot from forgetting to hook up. An audible alarm is triggered when the pilot is in the take-off position without being hooked in. A sensor detects the presence of the pilot in the trapeze and triggers the audible alarm if the plug is not connected to the device. The plug can only be connected if the pilot’s harness is attached to the wing. As an option, the device is also available with a system for detecting the attachment of leg straps, working on the same principle. A two-seater option is also available.
