An inspection is conducted as follows:
The wing is fully assembled for a comprehensive examination. A sail specialist inspects the sail under tension.
The canopy is removed from the frame and sent for canopy repair if necessary. The frame is completely disassembled to inspect all joints, tubes, and peripheral systems (overdrive, trapeze, struts). Any component that is excessively worn or defective is replaced.
The sail is reassembled, and the hang glider is reassembled and ready to fly. After the assembler performs an initial check of the entire unit, the quality control inspector conducts the final inspection.

The wing is fully assembled for a comprehensive examination. A canopy specialist inspects the canopy under tension.
The canopy is removed from the frame and sent for canopy repair if necessary. The frame is completely disassembled to inspect all joints and tubes. Any worn-out or defective parts are replaced.
All fasteners are replaced.
The sail is reattached to the frame, and the wing is reassembled, ready to fly. After the assembler’s inspection, a third party performs the final check.
