An overhaul is carried out as follows:
The wing is fully assembled, for an overall observation. A canopy specialist checks the canopy under tension.
The canopy is removed from the structure and sent to the canopy repair shop if necessary. The entire structure is dismantled to check all joints, tubes and peripheral systems (overdrive, trapeze, balestrons). Every worn or defective component is replaced.
The glider regains its structure and is reassembled ready to fly. After an initial check of the assembly by the fitter, the quality controller carries out the final inspection.

An overhaul is carried out as follows:
The wing is fully assembled, for overall observation. A canopy specialist checks the canopy under tension.
The canopy is removed from the structure and sent to the canopy repair shop if necessary. The entire structure is dismantled to check all joints and tubes. Any parts that are too worn or defective are replaced.
All screws and bolts are replaced.
The sail is returned to its structure and reassembled, ready to fly. After the assembler’s check, a third party performs the final check.
